Picnic at Armley Mills

The surreal humour and the dancers' lively engagement, made Picnic an unexpected experience in this historic site and used the location to generate a magical dance performance.

‘Gerry Turvey can truly master space and she has a unique ability to draw the audience into the experience of a place.’ June Gersten Roberts. Film maker and audience member.
